Biography

Dr. Ashutosh Murti holds Master and Doctor of Philosophy from School of Management and Labour Studies, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Prior to joining IIM Shillong, he was working with Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad, and Tata Institute of Social Sciences as Assistant Professor. His academic and industry work is in the area of Human Resource Management. His area of interest and research includes -Personnel Economics, Human Resource Management, Labour Market, Skill Gap and Employability.
